Ms. Nguyen is an associate attorney at Lanza & Smith. Her litigation practice is grounded in over 14 years of courtroom and advocacy experience. Her responsibilities at Lanza & Smith include business litigation, notably both commercial and real estate disputes: breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, constructive fraud, unfair competition law (Section 17200 of the California Business & Professions code), conversion, unjust enrichment, and more, including Orange County Superior Court complex litigation.
In 2005, Ms. Nguyen earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, and then in 2010 earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She began her legal career representing victims of elder abuse, where she developed a rigorous foundation in civil procedure, discovery, and trial preparation. She has, through several years of civil litigation experience, honed her ability to navigate complex disputes, manage sensitive client relationships, and deliver results in high-stakes litigation environments. Ms. Nguyen has many years of experience in all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, settlement, and trials.
Ms. Nguyen brings to her business litigation practice an analytical precision and strategic mindset. Her extensive experience taking and defending depositions, managing multifaceted cases, and crafting creative solutions, equips her to handle the demands of commercial litigation with both precision and purpose.
